Join Our Team in 2026
It’s a new year and guess what — we’re hiring!
As we’ve said throughout the end of last year, we have a lot of work to do and it’s going to require everyone to participate. That’s why we are hiring for three positions: one full-time and two contract roles.
Applications for the Operations Specialist will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applications for the Equality Organizer and Field Campaign Director positions will be accepted through Sunday, January 18.
Important Note
Frequently cited statistics show that femme, trans, and nonbinary people, as well as other structurally marginalized groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. PROMO encourages you to break that statistic and apply. No one ever meets 100% of the qualifications.
